Moonwater is water charged under the light of the moon (most often the full moon) with the intention of absorbing lunar energy. It's used in spiritual and wellness practices for rituals, manifestation, cleansing, and emotional healing. It carries the moon's properties: intuition, flow, and feminine energy.

Hi, I'm Kristina, a Jupiter, FL-based strategic operations partner for founders. As the founder of Moonwater Strategies, I am your behind-the-scenes business partner in creating systems that actually support you.
With a background in startup operations, executive support, and product-led strategy, I've spent the last 15+ years helping founders, CEOs, and mission-driven teams do what they do best while I handle the rest.
I've supported everything from AI experiments and go-to-market launches to inbox systems, customer experience flows, and internal processes. At startups like Paper Education, Bolder Money, and Haku Sports, I've led initiatives that improved efficiency, increased user engagement, and reduced overwhelm. All by making operations feel intuitive and human again.
